• I do not have a current application pending for debt restructuring or alleviation.
• I do not have a current debt rearrangement in existence.
• I have not previously applied for a debt rearrangement.
• I am not under sequestration.
• I do not have applications for credit or open quotations as envisaged in section 92 of the National Credit Act.

Authorised administrators can review the submission. The finance team may share the application with the relevant credit provider for assessment under your consent above.
